In the following we inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behaviour.
2. Important definitions
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an Online identifier or one or more particular characteristics which express the physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

4. Collection and storage of personal data as well as type and purpose of their use
a) Collection of personal data when visiting our website
If you only use our website for information purposes, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we collect personal data which your browser transmits to our server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file.

a) Data collection and processing when ordering in the online shop
We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us in connection with your order. Mandatory fields are marked as such, because in these cases we need the data to process the contract and cannot complete the order without the information. All data entered by customers in the course of order processing will be stored. This includes:

We use the data provided by you pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO for the processing of contracts and your enquiries. After complete completion of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after expiry of the tax and commercial retention periods, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration. The deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can take place either by a message to the contact possibility described below or over a function provided for it in the customer account.
b) Data transfer
In order to fulfil the contract pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO, we pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is required for the delivery of ordered goods. Depending on which payment service provider you select in the ordering process, we will pass on the payment data collected for this purpose to the credit institution and payment service provider commissioned by us or to the selected payment service in order to process payments. In some cases, the selected payment service providers also collect this data themselves if you create an account there. In this case, you must register with the payment service provider using your access data during the ordering process. The legal basis for the use of the plug-in is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DS-GVO.
c) Use of data by the plug-in provider
We have no influence on the collected data and data processing procedures, nor are we aware of the full scope of data collection, the purposes of processing, the storage periods. We also have no information on the deletion of the collected data by the plug-in provider. The plug-in provider stores the data collected about you as user profiles and uses these for purposes of advertising, market research and/or needs-based design of its website. Such an evaluation takes place in particular (also for users who are not logged in) in order to display demand-oriented advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact the respective plug-in provider to exercise this right.
d) Data transfer
The data transfer takes place regardless of whether you have an account with the plug-in provider and are logged in there. If you are logged in with the plug-in provider, your data collected by us will be directly assigned to your existing account with the plug-in provider. - in the event that there is a legal obligation to pass on data pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c DSGVO, and
- this is legally permissible and required for the settlement of contractual relationships with you pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO.
9. Rights of data subjects
a) You have the following rights against our company with regard to the personal data concerning your:

10. Right of revocation and right of objection
