Payment and delivery information

 

A. Shipping Information 

We ship by default only to the countries listed below. Depending on the volume of your order, shipping will be carried out by Lagermax Wien Internationale Spedition and its service partners (shipping partners or DPD), or United Parcel Service (UPS). The respective shipping costs can be seen in the table below.

If you would like to have your order shipped to another country, please send us an email (info@lotusbelle.deor info@glampingwelt.com) and tell us the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postcode. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and, if necessary, inform you of the shipping costs, as we must ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping option and the costs.

Self pick up: Alternatively, customers (or their representative or carrier) can pick up the goods at our warehouse in 1110 Vienna, Austria. The goods must be paid in full in advance before collection.

We will first inform you by email that the goods you have ordered are ready for collection. After receipt of this email you can pick up the goods by appointment at the following address: Lagermax Wien Internationale Spedition, Ailecgasse 36, 1110 Vienna, Austria.

In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Delivery time:Deliveries within the EU can usually be made within 3-5 working days. To remote areas and islands delivery can take 5-10 days. Express deliveries to most countries can be arranged for an extra charge. Please contact us for further information.

Delivery tracking: Please note that delivery tracking is not possible for freight forwarding shipments. In all cases, we ask the carrier to contact our customers by telephone (to the telephone number you gave us when you placed your order) to inform them of the intended delivery (especially if it is to a residential address). We cannot be held responsible if the carrier does not contact you.

The tracking numbers for shipments with UPS and DPD will be communicated to you when the shipment leaves our warehouse.

Delayed delivery:Although we prepare your order for dispatch with all due care, we cannot be held responsible for the delivery time after it has left our warehouse, as any delays are caused by circumstances beyond our control.

We ask our customers to be careful when specifying the correct delivery address and especially the postcodes, as errors will definitely lead to delays.

We cannot know whether your delivery has not arrived if you do not inform us!

We will do everything possible to track your shipment and ensure that you receive your order without further delay. In the event of late delivery, no refunds can be given for delivery costs.

We deliver to the following EU countries as standard:

Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.

II. Shipping to Switzerland

For deliveries in Switzerland, freight forwarding and UPS delivery are possible.

If documents are required for the export of the goods to a country outside the EU, these can be produced at a price of €130,-. A minimum of two working days' notice is required for the preparation of these documents.

In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money through credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate charges) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). III. Shipping Abroad

We deliver to the following countries: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Montenegro, Russia, Serbia and Ukraine.

IV. Deliveryof rented goods

For the rental of Lotus Belle tents we offer a complete assembly, dismantling and cleaning service as standard. 

The standard price also includes a flat-rate transport charge for the journey to/from Hamburg or Vienna of up to 500 kilometres. For longer distances, a settlement is made according to the distance and the booked transport volume. A minimum order quantity of 30 tents applies. Smaller quantities are calculated individually when submitting the offer and depend on the size of the order, the distance and the duration of the event.

B. Payment information

For purchases via our online shop www.lotusbelle.de we offer the possibility to pay by credit card (via Paypal or KLARNA.SOFORT) or by bank transfer via KLARNA. SOFORT Banking (immediate bank transfer), or by instalment purchase (via KLARNA Instant Bank Transfer). Payments via Paypal, SOFORT Banking and KLARNA. SOFORT are made via SSL transmission (Secure Socket Layer). The data entered is immediately encrypted.

Alternatively, customers have the option of making a bank transfer via their own bank to the bank account of Glampingwelt GmbH (the bank details will be provided at the checkout).

Please note that when paying by bank transfer, the contract is not considered concluded until payment has been received.

We do not offer the possibility of payment by cash on delivery or invoice.

Cash payment for self-collection is not possible for logistical reasons.

1. Bank transfer

Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account, stating the purpose of payment. Our bank details and the reference number will be communicated to you when you complete your online order or will be sent to you separately by e-mail as part of the order processing.

Please enter your invoice number as reference number.

2. Credit card via Paypal

We use Paypal (www.paypal.com)

You can make PayPal payments with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express cards that have a registered billing address. Payments should be made to our account info@glampingwelt.com.

Please enter your invoice number as reference number.

We will inform you when we have received your Paypal payment.

3. Payment with KLARNA (instalment purchase, immediate bank transfer, credit card)

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. The payment is always made to Klarna:

  • Instalment purchase: Klarna's financing service allows you to pay for your purchase in fixed or flexible monthly instalments under the conditions specified in the checkout. Payment in instalments is due at the end of each month after Klarna sends you a monthly invoice.   • Sofortüberweisung: Available in Germany and Austria. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.

The use of the payment methods instalment purchase requires a positive credit assessment. In this respect, we will forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and creditworthiness checks in the course of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted on the basis of the results of the credit assessment.
